You must to try it when you visit Madura (East Java, Indonesia), but be careful because there are so many restaurant of Bebek Songkem in that area. The original of Bebek Songkem Restaurant is "Bebek Songkem Pak Salim". You can find the directories (Resto Banners are easy to find in the side of the road) when you just past the Suramadu Bridge until the location of resto. The taste are so good!! It is the best ducking ever! The Bebek Songkem menu is perfect with additional Mango Spicy Traditional Sauce named Sambal Pencit, recommended! The price is also affordable.
