Ichiban Sushi - Gress Mall — Restaurant in East Java

I like the place because they have 2 options for the table, indoor and semi outdoor. This place clean and quite. For the food taste i think just normal sushi like the others, nothing special also the ramen is too spicy. But for the service it’s very bad, they’re order system by web menu from QR, but when we want to order their promotion called “self reward” there isn’t on web menu. We’re asking to the staff for their promotion on web menu but the staff ask to another staff haha. Even he’s didn’t know there isn’t on the web menu. I think the staff didn’t do product knowledge well and they have to quick responses to the customers. And the last when we want to pay, we looking to the bill there is 3 items orders that actually we didn’t ordered, we protested to cashier and the mistakes is come from services staff give wrong bill to our table number. I’ve been to this Ichiban Sushi several times and usually had a good experience, but this time was disappointing.

The cashier and the staff who took my order were great as always friendly and helpful. But unfortunately, the kitchen staff were unprofessional. I was just trying to enjoy my lunch while recording a video near the mirror by my seat, and they started teasing and catcalling. Even when I was on a phone call, they kept teasing like i don’t hear anything.

Lokasi dekat dengan eskalator sehingga mudah dicari, posisinya dekat dengan Matahari.

Mengusung konsep indoor dan outdoor. Ada dua opsi outdoor, di luar resto sisi dalam mall dan di luar restoran sisi luar mall. Konsep dapur open kitchen.

Pemesanan full online menggunakan metode scan QR code. Mungkin tujuannya agar lebih praktis dan bisa cek persediaan menu secara real time. Namun menurut saya metode ini kurang cocok untuk orang awam atau orang yg jarang mengakses website lewat hp.

Proses masak lumayan lama, kemarin saya pesan Blackcurrant 1L, Chicken TP, Unagi Shrimp Roll, Crispy Crab Stick, Spicy Ramen, dan Spicy Beef Ramen with Tori Paitan. Saya selesai memesan pukul 11.51, baru komplit disajikan pukul 13.00, itu pun ada satu menu yang ketinggalan. Beruntung pramusaji sigap mengkonfirmasi apakah pesanan saya sudah komplit atau masih ada yang ketinggalan.

Menu yang disajikan cukup beragam, rasa juga oke, kualitas terjamin, harga reasonable untuk outlet masakan Jepang dengan banyak cabang.

Dari beberapa menu yang saya coba, favorit saya Spicy Ramen with Tori Paitan, denger-denger Tori Paitan ini emang kaldu ramen yang lagi naik daun dan Ichiban Sushi cukup baik dalam riding the wave dan mendeliver menu ini ke pelanggan.

Saran saya mungkin kedepannya bisa lebih diperhatikan kebutuhan customer, terutama dari cara pemesanan, karena dari yg saya lihat, tidak semua customer lihai dalam...
