Posisi Coffee — Restaurant in East Java

4 years after my last review (not actually my last visit tho), Posisi Coffee already improved! Not sure when the renovation started but now they got the WHOLE building. You guys could enjoy the comfiness of non smoking area at ground level or going outdoor at 2nd level. A lot of improvement at the menu, starting from the cold brew in the bottle to snack (sadly they remove the nacos which my personal opinion is darn good). I choose Sparkling Sakura, which is soda with hibiscus and lemon and also tried their Potato Chips with salsa dips. Sparkling Sakura was refreshing but the hibiscus kinda overpowered by the lemon and Potato Chips portion was gigantic! I would recommend the chips if you bring some of friends but the dips could be better since it was just contains sour juice and lack of tomato which kinda hinder the "salsa" branding and make it like no effort on dips. I would suggest to make better dips like Sambal Matah, Sour Cream, Pico De Gayo or something like that. Overall, all good except the waitress could be more humble and welcome. Keep it up!

At first glance, I did not expect Posisi coffee to be a cozy place since its placed right beside crowded street but trust me once you enter this coffee shop, the ambience and the atmosphere would change drastically. How Posisi Coffee's decoration supported with their rustic theme ornament would amaze you. Another thing that you guys need to know is how baristas, waitresses, and cleaning cleaning services guys (and girls) so humble to greet you. I was at first did get any space on the café but later on the barista guy willing to go downstairs and inform me if there are space at the café which is nice! I was order Ice Americano, "Kopi Susu Ku" which actually milk-based coffee with palm sugar and Nachos served with Salsa Sauce. "Kopi Susu Ku" for me personally was not impressive because the espresso itself overpowered by milk and palm sugar. I would recommend to add one more espresso shot to make it more balance. The Nachos itself have nice bolognaisé sauce on it which is sweet and savory and topped with HUGE amount of melted mozzarella. Salsa sauce kinda fun for me because they replace lime with pineapple which makes salsa sweeter and fresh.

Cozy place for hangout and work. The 1st floor is dedicated for air conditioned room which spacious enough for the customer. Reliable internet connection as I use for uploading youtube video and no problem occurred! I ordered their coffee latte and chicken wings set it tasted superb! This place has a affordable price considering its services. Talking about mushola and toilet is another point to improve. Because the mushola located at the behind of the shop while toilet is on the 2nd floor only. Recommended...

My Indonesian friends took me to this coffee shop and we had a chill and cozy moment here.

The staf was friendly and supportive. The atmosphere was not so loud, suitable for chatting. I love the way they put the rubber pads on the ladder to prevent the slippery.

About drinks, i take a V60 (hand brew), however, as an coffee-addicted, i see the local kernel could not be compared to kernel originated from Africa when pouring over.
