Don't expect a warm welcome when you walk in. It takes 30 mins to get your drink after you order and another 1 hr for your food. Food tastes mediocre. Service sucks. The waiter looks like he has no clue about the menu. He is not customer oriented, not friendly. He didn’t provide any information on the menu. Hari ini tgl 13 juli 2024 .. Pertama dtg kesini atas rekomendasi nasabah,namun yg di dpt kecewa dgn pelayanan.jujur sebenernya makan disini itu,begitu kita masuk lgsg ke kasir minta menu atau kita masuk pilih tmpt duduk pelayan dtg membawa menu?serius tanya. Krna yg saya dpt,begitu masuk ,ruangan panas padahal ac ada 3 namun tidak nyala,kedua : ada 2 org di kasir namun tidak menghampiri, saya cari tempat duduk,krna saya tidak dihampiri saya dtg ke kasir minta menu.lalu saya bertanya buku dan pulpennya dan saya bertanya ini dituliskan atau nulis sdri,katanya bisa dituliskan,saya menuju meja saya kira ada pelayan yg bakal ngikutin untuk menulis menu,krna saya hanya dibawakan menunya saja.namun mas2 yg baju putih hitam tetap berdiri tidak menghampiri atau menyambut sama sekali,setelah memastikan makanannya saya panggil itu mas2 minta buku dan pulpen,akhirnya saya tulis sdri saya bawa ke kasir. Krna ada di sebelah saya itu dihampiri dan dituliskan apa pesanannya. Ah entahlah. Kecewa saya krna bagi customer baru seperti saya harusnya dihampiri ditanya dll.
