Maybe best Soto in Malang.

Basically it was cow meat + intestine soto. You will get dark rich broth yet not thick. So it was perfect broth!

You may add several additional meat, just ask the owner, e.g meat, lungs, pancreas, etc.

And the price is very good laa compared to another similar soto restaurant. Much cheaper yet more delicious...

Beside, you may drink kind of Javanese...

The portions are quite large, and the prices are relatively cheap. It's just that the taste of the meat still feels a little fishy typical of goat, but it can be tricked with the available soy...

Plus : sotonya sangat full rempah tapi tidak kental kuahnya, rasanya enak dan pas👌🏻 isian sayurnya segar (tauge, daun bawang, dll) porsinya banyak terutama lontong/nasinya pilihan isiannya sangat banyak dan beragam mulai dari daging, babat hingga paru dan bisa milih sendiri! parkir luas (untuk mobil bisa parkir di seberangnya) lokasi strategis tepat dipiggir jalan ibu dan karyawannya sangat ramah dan sopan. Cekatan saat menyiapkan soto ada tempat memesan minum juga mulai dari teh, susu hingga kopi lokasi dine-in (makan di tempat) sangat luas dengan dua lantai. Lantai satu terdapat lesehan dan kursi didekat tempat menyiapkan soto (bisa cuci mata melihat cara menyiapkan soto 😁) harga relatif murah (sekitar 15k)
