We'lu Café & Restaurant — Restaurant in East Kalimantan

I came here with my friends and also co-workers from the same hospital, RSUP Ratatotok Buyat. We came here with a car, because this place was located far away from public transportation. I suggest you use private car or hired a tour guide when you go here. I am a native but still I can get lost a bit when I try to find this place by myself. Luckily we got friend who knew the right way. When you arrive here, you only need to buy foods or drinks they sold in there. Their food and drink was good and cheap too. You can see amazing views from there, especially Lokon mountain. You can find a good spot to take your pictures. I suggest you go there on a shiny day so the sky will looks so bright and beautiful. A great spot to enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Lokon & the picturesque valley with the lush green rice fields. Many different spots to capture the beauty, though, safety on some of the features were questionable at best. Please be careful when trying to take pictures by the edge as some of the platforms do not have fences to stop you from falling. They serve food & drinks, however, quite disorganized & took a while to get the food as they would run out of food at times. Lastly, you will not find peace & quiet as you enjoy the nature because loud music was playing in between the karaoke sessions. Nevertheless, it's a great new spot to enjoy a wonderful view...

Tomohon, kota mungil di Sulawesi Utara benar-benar memiliki banyak destinasi wisata. Salah satunya destinasi wisata We’lu yang berada di Kelurahan Woloan I Utara Kecamatan Tomohon Barat. Dari tebing ini, wisatawan disuguhkan indahnya alam dengan view Gunung Lokon dan hamparan sawah.

Untuk ke lokasi wisata yang telah berdiri rumah makan di salah satu tebingnya, wisatawan hanya memerlukan waktu sekitar 15 menit dari pusat kota Tomohon. Di tengah perjalanan dari pusat kota, wisatawan akan melewati kompleks industri rumah panggung (rumah adat Minahasa). Tiba di Woloan I, wisatawan kemudian dapat memarkir kendaraan bermotor dan jalan kaki sejauh sekitar 200 meter di jalan setapak menurun.

Hijaunya pepohonan di pekarangan rumah warga, indahnya berbagai jenis bunga serta udara segar ditambah keramahan warga membuat suasana makin nyaman. Tiba di lokasi… Wow! Keindahan alam disuguhkan.

Kicauan berbagai jenis burung seakan membentuk paduan suara yang merdu. Sangat menenangkan. Luar biasa!

Indahnya Gunung Lokon yang menjulang megah nampak tersenyum sembari memancarkan aura keindahan alaminya. Hamparan pepohonan hijau dan persawahan yang terbentang menambah daya tarik pemandangan yang disuguhkan. Sungguh indah karya-Mu, Yang Maha Kuasa.

Di kejauhan permukiman Kelurahan  Wailan dan Kayawu dengan jalanan yang sepi serta petani yang beraktivitas nampak dari tebing yang telah disulap menjadi tempat yang nyaman.

Makanan yang tersedia di cafe dan resto ini cukup beragam, dengan masakan khas Menado. Sehingga mengasyikkan makan sambil menikmati pemandangan...
