Pari Koro Resto — Restaurant in East Nusa Tenggara

This was our Dinner place in Ende. Gorgeous spot, great food, fair price. (cheaper than we got from the same type of restaurants around Flores).

Spicy alert 🌶️. If it looks like it may be spicy it will be spicy. We love spicy food and enjoyed it, but it definitely is not “tourist spicy”.

We had the medium size Jimbaran grilled fish to share the first night, with a side of spinach and papaya seeds. (We loved it all)

We had Rica duck and green Chili duck the second night with the papaya seeds and sour fish soup. (The duck was great. Slight preference for the green Chili duck as the rica duck was dryer. / the papaya seeds was really bitter. Not our thing. /The sour fish soup has a full fish in it and tastes a lot like fish! It was good and interesting but we didn’t finish as we found the fish taste a bit intense)

A little bit pricey but the quality and environment is reflective of it.

Went during lunch and there was bunch of seats. There isn't much fans or AC so it can get a bit hot. Service was quite fast, my meal was on the table less than 15 minutes.

The environment is very pretty, really tastefully decorated. The staff service is also awesome, they will greet you coordinatedly when you arrived or leave!

Got their signature Ikan Bakar Jimbaran for 70k, and it was pretty good. The fish is fresh and grilled to perfection. Loved the sambal but I love the separate sweet sauce sambal even...

Ordered fish. But that one never came. I tried to explain that i'm a good fisherman, maybe i could help catch that fish... Chicken green chili and nasi goreng where good. Prices are good also. The coconut was ordered without sugar. It came soaked with brown sugar. They explained that they didnt add white sugar. Only brown sugar... The fresh orange juice, no sugar, came straight fresh out a bottle. The only fresh and sugarless ingredient where...
