The first time I visited this place was few years ago. It was not that crowded at that time. There was a jazz band playing live every Sunday. I don't know bout now. But thw food has always been good. I waa just there few days ago and found that the foods were even in a better quality. The best two are the tumis kangkung and fried chicken. The kangkung was still green and seasoning was perfect. The chicken was melting in your mouth, a little crunchy on the outside, just numero uno. Other foods are also great. Nothing special with the drink though. But they're okay. The place is great for family, and for kids to swim. The place also has an adequate praying place for muslims. Location is a little hidden from the huzzle bustle of the city, but it's still near the city area, which means it's easy to find and takes no time to get there, which makes it even better. If you want a quieter time, don't go there in the Ramadan month...
Read moreCome here to attend a family gathering. There is a hall, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and fishing spots.
The hall, I think, is pretty good and spacious, really suitable for family gatherings, meetings, seminars, and other special occasions. The hall is furnished with round tables with eight chairs per table. The sound system, I think, is pretty good too.
Because I am here for a family gathering, the food is boxed. For boxed food, it's pretty delicious. The staple here is the honey prawn (udang madu). There are appetizers served too, empal gentong and bakso, and they're delicious. So in general, the food is good.
The swimming pool is located in the middle; there is a deeper pool for teens and a more shallow pool for the kids, with a slide in the middle.
The fishing spot is located below the restaurant and has a pretty good view, but I don't go fishing, so I couldn't tell you about...
Read morePlace: wide parking lot. good landscape. But it's so hot to be there despite of a lot big trees planted. And dirty. Tissue dan sampah platik tercecer di beberapa tempat. Lesehan yg bawah dekat kolam ikan panas banget. And watchout your kids if you choose to sit in the place next to fishpond. No railing or something to make it safer. Your kids could go straight to the ponds if they run and couldn't stop at the right time.
Food: good, tasty. But served plain, without garnish whatsoever. It didn't inspire my appetite. Menus are very limited, not many options. Overall I'd call it overpriced.
The funny thing is that this place also designed for family with kids (they have kids pool etc) but they don't have kids menu. And aren't allowed to bring food...
