Almost everyday passed this Canadian street and finally tried this ramen. Surprisingly this unique menu has astonishingly taste. They called it, Beef Fire Ramen with topping of a boiled egg and 2 little sheet of nori on a separate mini plate. It was really fired up to make the beef were smokey before serving it to us. Indeed the ramen itself was aldente and combining with shoyu soup, also you can add couples teaspoon of chilli oils if needed. There is also oden spot. The ramen is tasty. Fire ramen is literally lit by fire during serving, quite unique presentation. Their portion is quite large.
