One of many bakmi ayam kampung shop in grogol. Place was humble inside a garage. Ordered bakmi pangsit. Serving time was fast, only 5 mins of waiting. First impression, the noodle strand was a bit smaller in size compared to another bakmi karet shops. But the noodle was enjoyable, not too oily but a little under-seasoned for me. After adding a little of this and that, it was perfect for me. Noodle was aldente and the chicken complimented it nicely. Not a big fan of their pangsit tho, tasted like mie ayam abang-abang kind of noodle (not that im not a fan of mie ayam abang-abang, just didnt fit with their noodle).

We almost got into the wrong place since there are so many similar places around. So make sure you get into the right place, or you might get too lazy to go back to your car. Yes, parking is quite challenging. Watching the chicken boiled in the big pot was very appetizing, but I thought a portion was too much for me so I ordered half-portion. Baiklah mari langsung ke taste bakminya. Tipikal bakmi ayam kampung yang bisa dibilang nggak main bumbu gitu—gurih aja nggak yang tipe oily banget yea. Tekstur mienya kenyel, pas gitu sih ya. Ayamnya sendiri gurih empuk—saya sendiri emang tim paha yes, eh plus tambah kulit (ampun deh kolesterol). oh ya yang ga kuat makan banyak mending pesen yang spesial deh karena ayamnya banyak bangetan itu mah, karena kalo yang reguler dikit ayamnya wk

Baso pangsitnya ya bolehlaah, baksonya yang kenyel padet gitu terus pangsitnya juga kerasa banget ayamnya 4/5 deh.

Both kuah bakmi/baso tipe kaldu clear gitu yah, jadi kalo suka yang berbumbu pasti pada racik-racik deh—saya tim yang nambah kecap asin plus sambel sampe kuahnya berubah warna wkwkw.

Yah overall enak semua sih, kalo saya dan paksu emang suka kesini pas lagi laper-lapernya sekalian brunch gitu. Tapi well mau dateng jam berapa aja emang suka rame ya bun ini tempat.
