Burger King Duren Sawit — Restaurant in Jakarta

I can't give the fully review since I went there only by drive-thru because the cashier inside the store was queuing like crazy.

The voice when you order through the drive-thru console is unclear. The service was quite long too. We had to wait about 30+ minutes in our car to get our food.

The food given was precise as ordered, and the special sauce was the best. Somehow it was sweer and sour. I liked it.

Suggestion : The outlet should increase staff and cashier slot to fasten orders inside. And the drive-thru console should be repaired or upgraded to maintain customers experience there. Also, the process inside the drive-thru should be fasten so the lane wouldn't...

Ordering food yourself is inefficient and time consuming, the food is too expensive and the portions are not worth the price, this is one of the reasons why fast food restaurants go bankrupt, poor service, small portions and expensive prices (the right combination) may only be enough to last for a few months or even a year... I do not recommend going to a restaurant to buy food, I recommend and prefer to buy it online so as not to experience the unpleasant atmosphere above, I said...

I love their double beef menu...I usually order double beef blackpepper. Their french fries and chicken also taste so much better than the other fast food. Many kinds of burgers they have, regular burgers like cheese burgers and their specialties; swiss mushrooms, teriyaki burger and also Whoopers!!!! It is a bit pricy compare to other burger places but burger king also has better quality. so, it is worth it. But honestly, I don't really like the fried...
