D2 DONUTS Buaran — Restaurant in Jakarta

Had a visit here yesterday around 2-3 pm cause of the amazing promo, everything was good-- all good until me and my friend got a very impolite service from two of the cashiers there. One is the girl and the other one was middle-aged man,I asked the girl behind the till about the promo there and she answered me in a very "polite" way,I asked her nicely about the type of the drinks without any rude tone but she answered like "liat aja kak digambar yang itu(refers to the standing flyer next to the cashier)" I don't take it as personal before cause she might tired or had a bad day orrr maybe because I bought the discounted beverages so I just forget about it,but then when I asked her if I could take the donuts by myself or by them(the cashiers) POLITELY. The middle-aged man responsed me in a very "polite" way too,he were half sulking while grabbing the donuts for me then I requested to split the bill but it seems like my voice was not very clear to him so he grab the plate and slightly slammed it on top of the countertop of the till and asked me like "ini mana yang mau dibungkus?" in a very "polite" tone once again of course. It might be sensitive of me after I had a very rude service like that till I wrote this review,I always love this place atmosphere,foods and beverages and I always got a good service before(probably like 2 years ago even tho I was just buying an orange juice). Please kindly reminds the girl and the middle-aged man about being polite to all of their customers without any exception. I shall take a picture of them but I still respect their privacy anyways, hopefully there's no other person got treated like...

Went here for a quick afternoon snack. The place is pretty strategic. The parking space is pretty big.

They have a variety of donuts, beverages, croissants and also some snacks. The service is pretty fast. I tried the mochi donut for the first time and I kinda like the chewiness of the dough. The ice chocolate is always the same, thick chocolate drink and not too...

Staff nya engga ramah, nungguin pesenan toast lama dibuat dan dianterinnya, sambil nunggu, ngeluarin makanan dr tas karena udh laper, pertama ditegor security / staff berbaju hitam, saya udh bilang oke, dan udahan nih makannya..

karena bete sy kekasir dan minta makanan pesenan saya dibungkus aja, eh sampe kasir ditegor lagi sm dua orang karyawan, dibilang gak boleh bawa makanan dr luar, ya kan udh tau , udah denger, udah ditegor, dan udh engga makan loh ya, apa perlu ditegor lagi?? Gak sekalian orang 1 gedung negor semua.

Padahal kita pesen makanan lumayan banyak, dan ada loh yg duduk disana cuma beli 1 donat doang, tp numpang wifi dan duduk Berjam-jam.. apa engga sekalian ditegor juga?

Bener2 kapok, engga nyaman banget dan engga bakal balik lagi kesana.. seumpama customer ada salah ya cukup disampaikan aja ya, kita juga paham dan mengerti, gak perlu semua karyawan disana ikutan Negor, emang harus semuanya ikutan Negor ya? .. pantes resto nya sepi, pelayanannya...
