Imperial kitchen&dimsum is a safe bet if you just want decent tasting food for good price, so i have no issues with the product.
However, the service in this particular one is terrible for my experience dining here.
First of all i came and they seated everyone before me and did nothing with me (maybe they thought i was gojek because I didn’t dress up but why would i dress up for transmart? Anyway, treat gojek drivers better, they’re people too)
Then i had to call someone to take my order and he said he’ll be right back, but he didn’t came back. Instead he was taking orders from another table.
Finally it was my time to order. I ordered appetizers, mains, and drinks. Drinks came within 10 minutes, good. Appetizers came in around 20 minutes, ok. But the mains took 1 hour. I complained and no one apologized. The staff just said “do you just want to cancel it?”
