Kedai Malabar 2 Cipinang Muara — Restaurant in Jakarta

Last Friday night, I stopped by Kedai Malabar for a cozy coffee break, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. I tried their Ubi Brulee and the new Toast Ice Cream—both were perfect companions to our coffee.

The Ubi Brulee was a surprising hit. The sweetness of the caramelized sugar crust on top balanced beautifully with the creamy, mashed sweet potato beneath. It was rich and comforting, making it a great alternative to traditional desserts.

The Toast Ice Cream was a fun and refreshing addition to the menu. The toast was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft inside, and it paired wonderfully with the cold ice cream. The mix of warm and cold textures made each bite exciting.

Berada di lokasi yg sebenarnya ga strategis, namun tempat ini keliatannya cukup ramai. Konsepnya hidden gems, jadi banyak dicari juga.

Outdoornya luas sekali, ini yg jadi daya tariknya. Outdoornya cukup rimbun & catchy dgn banyak lampu. Di beberapa spot jg ada kanopinya. Spot outdoor ada yg 2 seat, 4 seat, bahkan rombongan.

Indoornya ada sekitar 4-5 table dan ber-AC, sayangnya ACnya tidak berasa sejuk, jadi ga dapat dinginya. Di indoor inilah posisi kasir dan kitchen/bar.

Tempatnya memang estetik, selain layout yg photoable juga furniture yg menarik. Penggunaan keramik dgn corak yg khas, bahkan hingga ke furniture bikin tempat ini ngasih kesan yg khas.

Untuk minuman, kami pesan milkshake Coklat dan teh tarik. Milkshake Coklatnya bagi trman saya enak, bgitu jg dgn teh tarik, saya sangat suka. Teh, susu, dan manisnya seimbang, teksturnya juga lembut. French fries disini pake yg crinckle cut, potongannya besar-besar, tp sepertinya kentangnya tidak dibumbui, meskipun begitu sudah cukup enak, dgn 2 cocolan (saus sambal dan mayones).

Harganya cukup terjangkau, minuman di kisaran 20-30rb, makanan cemilan pun di rentang yg tidak jauh berbeda.

Great experience in here. Love the quality and the price for all the dishes and drinks we order. Its standard price and great taste. If i compare it is overshadowed the others same restaurant in rawamangun.
