KFC Cempaka Putih is one of great places for you to take a break from your daily activity. This two story building has outdoor and indoor dining room. First floor is for non-smokey people, second floor is for smoke-active people. Toilet is clean, kids playground is accesible, and you may celebrate your child's birthday if you reserve in advance. More about the facilities, if you drive a car, hungry and in hurry to go asap, you can use the drive-thru, it exists in here. I don't think I need to say a lot about food quality, it's KFC, you know.

Malam,saya  driver online dari grab.... Hari ini saya dapat pengalaman tidak mengenakan di KFC cempaka putih,...jam 10:10 saya mendapatkan orderan,saya pickup dan konfirmasi ke karyawan tetapi tidak ada yg 1 pun konfirmasi menunggu agak lama karna ayam lagi di goreng,dan akhirnya saya nunggu,setelah 45 menit berlalu saya disuruh konfirmasi ke customer pemesan bahwa ayam yg dia pesan tidak ready dan kalo mau harus menunggu ayam nya digoreng dan kasir mengkonfirmasi ke customer klo ayam nya tidak ready dan customer pun meminta utk cancel dikarenakan kecewa dg cara karyawan nya buat pesanan... permasalahan nya mengapa karyawan tersebut tidak konfirmasi atau menanyakan ke saya dr awal soal ayam krispi yg tidak ready,45 menit berlalu td dia ngapain aja kerjaan nya(bengong) padahal tidak ramai kondisi resto nya.... Dan akhirnya customer lapor ke grab utk batalkan orderan tsb,..... kalau seperti itu saya dan pihak restoran yg dirugikan soal permasalahan tersebut..... Diluar sana masih banyak loh SDM yg mau benar" kerja secara profesional....jangan gara" karyawan tsb nama besar KFC hancur dan ditinggal oleh para karyawan yg bekerja nya secara tidak profesional ini..... karyawan nya bernama FARHAN SAPUTRA......MOHON TINDAK LANJUT NYA DARI PIHAK KFC PUSAT ATAU CABANG CEMPAKA PUTIH...... TERIMA KASIH DAN SEMOGA KFC BISA LEBIH BAIK DALAM MELAYANI CUSTOMER DAN MEMILIKI KARYAWAN TIDAK SEPERTI KARYAWAN...
