LUGUA Cafe — Restaurant in Jakarta

We visited this place to explore new coffee shop, not realizing it also offers board games. We came at night, and the ambiance was cozy, with warm, dim lighting that made the space feel inviting. The coffee was strong and flavorful, and I also highly recommend the French fries.

One suggestion: it would be helpful if the staff explained upfront that the board games are rentable and outlined the rules when taking an order. As first-time visitors, we went upstairs, unaware that the games weren’t freely available to play. Nice place nice food nice coffee and you can play boardgame here. At first we had lunch before we actually start to play the boardgames because they will time it when you start playing. The price started at Rp50.000 and the next hours it will cost Rp10.000 per hour (and I think it's excluding tax). For the food I had black garlic chicken, the sauce and the chicken was cooked nicely. A cafe with a lot of boardgames to choose from, to play you'll have to rent 50.000/pax for 2 hours of playing time. The workers will recommend you games to choose and help explain you the rules of the games which are helpful! I got the korean coffee which are great! It was a sesame syrup with milk and a shot of coffee. The price of the food / beverages were on the higher scale than usual, so check the menu before ordering anything.
