McDonald's Jatipadang — Restaurant in Jakarta

Came here for breakfast, and the first thing that greeted me and my family is a funky smell, as if the place has been wiped down with a dirty smelly cloth. Service was okay. And the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was alright. Except for the initial smell earlier. The first 20 minutes was kinda stuffy as the AC hadn't been turned on, and right around 7.45 AM the AC kicked in and cooled the entire restaurant. Just open, Mc Donalds in Jatipadang for 24/7. They have several parking lot, like 10 slot for cars.

The building quite unique, ground floor for parkir, first floor for order and pickup, and second floor for dinning table.

McDonald's cabang baru yang bagus. Ada 3 lantai. Lantai 1 hanya untuk parkir. Sehingga kalau buru2 agak menyulitkan karena harus naik ke lantai 2 dulu untuk transaksi.

Mungkin karena baru, semua pegawainya mulai dari kasir, supervisor, dan petugas delivery sangat lamban. Kasir memasukkan harga yg salah dan tidak bisa membedakan antara Paket Hemat dan Combo. Pegawai lainnya saat serving makanan take-away saya (paket breakfast), memasukkan 2 teh celup, padahal untuk minuman saya pesan kopi. Ketika saya bilang saya tidak memesan teh, ia bersikeras bahwa benda itu adalah gula. Lol. Jelas2 ada merknya Sosro.

Saat memanggil supervisornya, sang atasan kesulitan mengesek kartu akses. Ini semuanya amatiran karena cabang baru? Come on, cabang baru harusnya langsung dipekerjakan pegawai yg expert untuk membentuk image.

Saya bahkan menemukan pegawai trainee membersihkan kuku saat tengah memasukkan sedotan ke straw box. Mohon diajari tentang konsep usaha FnB yang harus higienis.
