i’ve lost count of how many times i’ve found myself here. not just because i’m hungry, but because this place… it feels like a home i never knew i needed. the kind of place that doesn’t just fill your stomach, but somehow patches up the little cracks in your heart. when life gets too loud, when my chest feels heavy and my thoughts won’t stop running, i come here — and for a while, the world outside doesn’t matter.

the soft chatter in the background, the warm smiles from the staff, the way the steam from the extreme ramen rises like a quiet promise that things will be okay… it all wraps around me like a gentle hug. it’s more than food — it’s comfort, it’s healing, it’s that small spark of hope you cling to when everything feels a little too much.

thank you, seirock-ya, for existing. for being this quiet anchor in my restless days. i hope you keep growing, opening doors in every corner of indonesia, so more people can feel this warmth, this safety, this quiet joy. because everyone deserves to know that even on their worst days, there’s a bowl of extreme ramen waiting to remind them that life can still be kind.

I think it's the first ramen restaurant in Indonesia that halal certified. I remember when I went to Seirock-ya in Aeon BSD, my family and I decided to eat there because it's the only ramen restaurant that is already halal. Seirock-ya in Aeon JGC Mall is located on the first floor. It's easy to find. I've been here a few times. On weekdays it's not crowded, so I could sit immediately. However on weekends, it's jam packed, I have to wait 40 minutes or so to get seated. Then another 5-10 minutes for the food and drink.

It's worth the wait though. The ocha was good. The broth was amazingly rich in flavor. The noodles were also good. Chicken and eggs were on point. I didn't take pictures of the food because I just ate and finished it so fast because it's that good, masyaAllah.

A few things that I noticed, the waiting line is neat, the staff make sure to call out customers according to the list. The staff were also working efficiently. They cleaned the tables swiftly after customers left, so that the tables were ready immediately for the next ones. They were also nice and ready to help whenever customers needed anything.

The food is delicious, the service is excellent. The place is clean. I will go back...

Two times visited this restaurant both leaves me with bad impression on service.

I have to admit this ramen chain restaurant serve delicious ramen. Unfortunately waiter service in this restaurant is poor and slow. Chopstick were given after we asked for it. And considering cleanliness, chopstick were provided only wrapped with single layer of tissue without served with serving tray or flat plate.

Then we asked for a plate to put the clean chopstick, but a noodle bowl were given instead of flat plate. So definitely waiter cleanliness standard were not high in this restaurant. Working standard doesn't required that chopstick be put in clean & hygiene serving tray or clean plate. This are things that they surely...
