Went here on the weekend and expected a line of people. We arrived at 5 pm and went in at 6.30 pm. Service was a hit and miss, during ordering, we got a super friendly waiter (I forgot his name) so it started out pretty well. We ordered the rahang tuna, dada tuna, steamed fish etc. The food came around 30 mins later which was understandable since it was really packed. However, the steamed fish didn’t came even after waiting for an hour plus. We kept asking the waiters about it and they kept saying it’ll be here soon (which was not the case). We then decided to cancel it and were told it was not possible since it had been steamed and was just about to be ready. The fish finally came after we had finished dinner and waited for another 10 15 mins🥹🥹🥹 To make it worse, the fish was not included in the bill that we had to wait even more just to pay. Turned out there was a miscommunication when we wanted to cancel the fish since one person said we couldn’t and one person said we could and went ahead to cancel it. I told the cashier to include it since they delivered it anyway. Little did I know, it took the whole 20+ minutes for the cashier, waiters, other people who kept coming back and forth to solve it to no avail🥹🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 In the end, we got to pay after those 20+ minutes standing in front of the cashier🥹🤌🏻🥹🤌🏻🥹🤌🏻
P.S. : Taste wise was okay, a bit heavy on the MSG though. Overall, would think twice...

In my view, it would be beneficial to re-conceptualize / re-structure some of the less efficient spaces to accommodate additional seats due to high demand. Service must also be improved to convert customers into loyal customers. Our initial challenges were some of menu were not available such as crab & seafood platter and the lack of sauces available when the dishes were served. Additionally, the order of the bakwan was not issued until we realized at the cashier and saw it on the bill.
Certain dishes were quite delightful, particularly the squid with republic sauce. The sauce was top notch, refreshing and had a harmonious flavor complexity. Oke mari saya jelaskan:
Saya datang tanggal 3 April 2024 (h+2 lebaran), saya berusaha mengerti kalau service makanan akan lama karena banyak karyawan yang libur dan keadaan restoran cukup ramai (waiting listnya). Saya cukup setuju dengan keputusan managemen untuk membatasi pelanggan yang makan supaya servicenya bisa baik dan cepat. Dalam keadaan ini saya waiting list kurang lebih 1 jam, oke saya mengerti, tidak masalah. Masalahnya sudah orang yang makan dibatasi, namun service tetap lama, nasi datang setelah 2 menu keluar dan minum juga datang disaat yang sama, alasannya nasinya belum matang, saya hanya berpikir seharusnya orang dapur sudah bisa memprediksi dong kalau nasi habis dan bisa masak lebih awal. Masalah kedua, waiting time makanan sekitar 30 menit, oke saya mengerti, karena seafoodnya fresh, jadi butuh waktu extra, tapi masalahnya semua makanan yang datang (kecuali udang garlic steam) itu dingin, saya tidak mengerti kenapa itu dingin, rahang tuna dingin, cumi bakar dingin dan kering, dan lainnya. Kemudian masalah minuman, saya pesen minum es teh tawar yang katanya bisa refill, itu saya sudah minta refill ke tiga orang yang berbeda, tidak ada yang datang bawa refill es teh, akhirnya saya datang sendiri, ambil teh sendiri. Oke disini saya berusaha memahami kurangnya pegawai, tapi ini hanya teh loh dan tehnya itu sudah di disiapkan dan tinggal di antar. Kemudian masalah perbaikan, jadi saat saya makan disana, ada konslet lampu, oke saya paham memang harus diperbaiki, tapi tolong diperbaiki saat tidak ada customer disekitarnya, saya berada di dekat perbaikan dan saya cukup terganggu. Dan lagi seharusnya perbaikan itu dilakukan dengan jumlah orang yang minimum (melihat saat itu karyawan sedikit dan resto ramai). Saat itu ada 4 orang memperbaiki, menurut saya seharusnya 2 orang saja cukup dan 2 orang lagi bisa fokus ke service. Oke masalah rasa makanan sudah oke, hanya udang sedikit under Cook.
Kesimpulan: Jujur saya kecewa resto ini. Sekali lagi saya mohon maaf kalau apa yang saya sampaikan ada yang salah atau menyakitkan, tapi ini hanya pendapat saya. Saya berharap apa yang saya sampaikan bisa dijadikan pembelajaran dan perbaikan.
