This local restaurant is one of the best for South Sulawesi food, one of my favorite food is Foto Makasar and Buras. Coto Makasar is a beef broth soup consists of mix meat and it's organ such as brain and lungs, you could choose coto makasar consist of beef meat only and skip it's organ. the specialty of coto makassar is the ingredients inside the soup, they put finely crushed fried peanuts inside the broth soup and create creamy herb and spices combined perfectly. Coto Makasar perfectly enjoyed with Buras, Buras is a steam rice cooked with coconut cream and wrapped with banana leaf, so buras will complete the creamines of the whole food and create this tropical local food be an excellent taste that...

First time trying this.. they serve various menu that usually we eat at Makassar, from BBQ fish, to some Makassar food which are rarely find in Jakarta such as songkolo and pallubassa..
