Food: I enjoyed the fried food as they did not taste greasy. The soupy food did not taste too salty also did not taste like a lot of msg was added ( I did not like the taste of the soupy food but my mom ordered it and she liked it so I don't really care ). Might I clarify that the foods do not taste exceptionally tasty but it gains a lot of point from me for tasting healthy ( or at least I hope they are healthy ). Chili sauce and tomato sauce was nice, they went super well with my fried foods including the fries. Food score is also based on the price, I personally think the price is okay.
Service: Definitely not hai di lao waiter / waitress quality. They don't smile, they don't sound friendly, don't seem like they are trying either. What I'm saying is the workers attitude in my opinion is: 'eh okay fine'. The only issue with 'just okay' personality is that it doesn't match the quality of Food & Atmosphere which unfortunately for the workers, I rated highly.
A little peek to my take on the atmosphere, is that the atmosphere is great, food is homey, but the waiters/tresses? They just don't add up. The way they serve really gives open air food court vibes where the workers are working under the sun or in a hot air making it so hard to be pleasant and seem like they (almost) don't care. (Again, not saying they are grumpy, but simply not up to the food and atmosphere's 5 star score).
As I customer I have no idea how much monthly or hourly wage they are getting neither should I care about it. What I care about is the service i was getting.
The easiest solution is to require the workers to smile when interacting with customer. Forget attentiveness, forget small talks. I think a smile is enough (even if its forced) and it can go a long way in a customer service industry.
Atmosphere: I liked the background music, the interior design, ultimately the overall vibes of the dining room ( didnt enter the toilet ). As other reviews have pointed out however, the AC is lacking, I agree. Definitely not sweltering hot, or sweat inducing hot. The temp is just a little above what I prefer personally. I can only assume the AC temperature was set to accomodate older customers who tend to get cold easily, consequently a little less ideal for young and healthy patrons. For that reason, I think I...
Read moreFirst time visiting this restaurant with my family. When I enter the restaurant, it was crowded. Atmosphere was alright but lack of AC to support the whole area of both floors.
Waiter: The waiter was unprofessional like. I request the table to be wipe clean but the waiter just froze and keep asking if we want join the table for 8. Their attitude and response was not friendly at all. Second thing, we arrive before the table beside us, but the waiter gave them utensils first while they should have given us first. It took a 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive while the table beside us arrived after managed t received their order earlier. Super Disappointing!
Food: A large of portion of our order was good but the Tom yum noodle that took 40 mins to arrive was soggy when arrived. One of my family member was food poison by the Tom yum noodle and had diarrhea 12 times!
I will never come again! NOT...

Most things are vegan, egg additions are clearly labelled on their menu. They have two different options available every day on top of their...
