Disappointed during the drive thru with the cashier Rachma Parasita, I ordered Dark Mocha Frappuccino without Whipped Cream, but when I was given my order, it was with Whipped Cream, then I informed her again that I ordered without WC, and the WC was taken and thrown away, but what was disappointing was that Rachma added fresh milk without confirming to me, then after my drink was given, it tasted too milky. We had a small high school gathering here in the morning, and one of my friends bag was left. He has just recognized it at afternoon, called this store....surprisingly, the manager -Boy- hasn't collected and kept it in safety box. He came back and showed his ID, and proved it is his bag. The bag and all of the stuff inside -including wallet, money, credit cards - were safe.

By the way, the coffee, hot chocolate and ice green tea, as well as the croissant were superb.

One of the spot i visit before head straight to bogor,usually drive thru to get my coffee boost and yesterday i also bought the 2 litres promo.the 1 litre caramel macchiato taste here was ridiculously bad,i requested 2 pump of caramel only to make it not sweet but the result was so sweet with no coffee at all.this is my first time experience buying the 2 litres promo here and i think because of the promotion so the coffee was also discounted,it should be called milk caramel...
