J.CO — Restaurant in Jakarta

Last night the traffic on the Jagorawi toll road was still heavy even though it was 9pm. So, I decided to stop by the Rest Area KM 10 (Cibubur Square) to go to the toilet, pray and take a break. After the evening prayer at the deserted 3rd floor mosque, I chose to stop by at JCO, Johnny Andrean Group's franchise donut shops, which was still open.

The servant girl at the cashier was friendly and patient in serving drink and snack orders from a group of gentlemen. The male waiter who made coffee was quite adept and well trained. For a drink, I ordered a large JCoccino Frappe made of espresso, mocha cream and a milk blend. The drink was really good. I should have gotten the Glazy Donut. But, because it was a bit late at night, it was finished. Anyway, I like the donuts here because they taste good, crunchy, "healthier" than other brands and don't make you feel bad when you've eaten a few donuts.

Compared to its competitors next doors, the seating area outside is more spacious. But, I chose to sit back and relax in my own car, so I could occasionally monitor traffic jams on...

Nice location with a nice menu. This JCO outlet is not only serving you donuts but also coffee. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It is located is rest area, so actually you can take a rest, while drinking coffee with a warm donut. However now I think the price of their donut is getting higher, while the quality...

The worst Jco ever, no smiles from the workers. Sabtu pagi saya pesan caramel jcoccino panas, yang datang malah ice caramel jcoccino, saya complaint di tawarkan di ganti sama yang panas, saya bilang gak usah Mas saya beli lagi yang panas, trus dateng lagi yang panas dalam cup take away, saya buka dalamnya gak ada cream dan caramel nya gak seperti di gambar, dan bau nya pun beda gak kayak kopi panas, langsung hilang nafsu dan saya tinggal kan dua2 nya yg panas dan yang dingin tadi di meja, pas keluar ada satpam yang jaga bukain pintu, saya buka pintunya sendiri trus satpam nya langsung nutup pintu padahal separuh kaki saya masih di dalam sampai sepatu saya kena pintunya, saya balik lagi tanya"Mas kenapa ditutup buru2 sampai pintunya kena sepatu saya?" Dijawab "iya maaf Pak gak sengaja" dan saya tahu persis itu sengaja, kalo ada CCTV nya bisa di check. Sumpah kecewa sama Jco yang tadinya favorit sekarang gak bakal mau beli lagi. The worst...
