After a not so good experience with them that has something to do with the non- delivery of a food ordered, I emailed some personnel to give a feedback. After some exchange of emails, the store made a successful effort in reaching out to me and redeeming themselves. So, yes, I accepted their apologies and gave them another chance.I appreciate the gestures done by the store manager and a staff member to correct this mistake. Thanks.

Well, its starbucks. The most interesting thing is a new branch close to my place, im walking there 🤣. Anyway, the concern area is the smoking area, bcoz its hot there, they have several ceiling fans, but not enough ventilator. I hope they change the Edison LED lamp outside/smoking area, they r blinking /ms. I notice that. Overall, it's starbucks

By now sih masih jd outlet Starbucks ternyaman. Cuma beberapa hari terakhir AC nya waaaay too cold. Tolong agak dimanusiakan, ini cafe bukan kulkas (beberapa pengunjung saat itu blg hal yg sama). Lokasinya 50m away dari perumahan permata mediterania pengumben, strategis utk incer orang2 jakbar yg butuh lokasi temu tanpa ngemall. Wi-Fi nya 100! Lancar banget. Smoking areanya d belakang dan sangat cantik, tidak seperti beberapa gerai yg di tengah kota, yg smoking areanya ada di depan, menghadap jalan (mungkin sembari ngisep nikotin skalian CO n CO2 dari jalanan ya seus). Buka paling pagi di antara coffee house lain di daerah itu, bikin ibu2 yg nunggu anak sekolah bisa nyaman. Follow IG dan Line nya supaya selalu update promo. Room for improvement : sama lah masalahnya dengan Starbucks2 lainnya.. TOILET, please diperhatikan lagi kebersihannya. Dan kayanya ga lazim deh kalo 1 aja toiletnya.. Antriannya sadis seus

The place is spacious and comfortable, and it’s not too noisy, so it’s really nice for WFC. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Even when I stayed for quite a while, they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I hope the great service and cozy atmosphere can always...
