Disappointed. Was impressed by the cool pictures it showed here. Dtg jauh2 pnas2 macet2an ke sini krn nyri tmpt cozy buat kerja sambil ngoffee. Pas udh sampe sana, overall experience is disappointing. The server didnt allow me & my friend to sit in the communal table (6 seats), he said table is only for group customers. Hey, your place was super empty at that moment. Only 4 tables had customers & there were still so many empty tables. Besides it's ramadhan month, dont think u should expect that many visitors to come before breakfast time. I was there at around noon time. Secondly, you missed the point of having a communal table if u just allow a group of 6 to sit there. The room is very warm. It's a very large space, I saw lot of ACs but they did not turn these on, only the one near you which certainly didn't help at all. We were sweating a lot and so we asked the waiter to turn on the AC next to me. After few minutes he turned it off! What is wrong with this people, seemed very stingy. My friend was sitting in an uncomfortable chair that he switched the chair by himself with another one which seemed to be more comfortable. Then the waitress came and said we are not allowed to use any seat from other tables. OMG we're shock these people were very ungenerous & didnt care at all about customers' experience. We decided to leave the place and went to another cafe nearby which unquestionably let the ACs on & let us seat in communal table. I had an overall of unpleasant customer experience with this place. I know the waiter/waitress might just try to do their jobs. So whoever decides all these seating rules and when the ACs should be turned on, you should probably start caring more about how your customers experience being at your place. gw share experience gw selama di sini sekalian ngerangkum review temen2 juga: panas: karena tempatnya mostly kaca2, mungkin juga udah penurunan kualitas anti silau/anti panas/anti antinya, makanya panas. kalo dari AC, AC nya dingin sebenernya, jadi cuma panas di saat matahari naik aja. kalo pagi atau sore, gak panas. lagunya jadul: men, ini ciri khas mereka. gw beberapa kali ke sini, lagunya ini lagi, ini lagi. ya biarin aja sih, gak suka tinggal bilang atau gak ke sini lagi. Wifi: gak cuma wifi, tapi juga sinyal di sini gak masuk. WiFi juga putus nyambung dan kadang kurang kuat. makanan: enak! bukan yg bikin pengen nambah lagi, tapi enak. gw pesen 2 menu makanan karena gw di sini separo hari, oesen agio olio sama fish and pasta, dua2nya enak. rasanya gak eneg, pas juga gak asin atau tawar. di sini ada snack dan minum juga, jadi kalo mau work/school from cafe, di sini pas deh, ada makan, minum, dan bisa disela buat kerja juga. harga: gw hari ini habis 100ribuan, 4 minum dan 2 menu makanan. tempat solat: sayang gw gak tau karena gak nanya dan lagi gak solat juga. toilet: biarpun gw minumnya banyak, tapi somehow gw gak pipis2. jadi gak tau tempat duduk: ada tempat kongkow ngobrol (kursi dan coffee table) ada juga tempat nugas (kursi dan meja proporsional). kursinya nyaman sih, gw gak tau lagi. seumur2 gw jelajah cafe2, cafe di sini kursinya ✨nyaman✨ banget, memeluk, gak keras, gak keempukan juga. gw duduk di sini PW banget sampe gak stretch pun gw sanggup. pelayanan: ramah banget kok, cuma mejanya penuh sama barang dan tinggi sekaliiii, jadi mereka gak langsung aware kalo ada customer yg manggil, angkat tangan, atau apapun itu. untungnya mereka suka jalan2 keliling gitu buat cek situasi, jadi kalo emang kita mau nambah air atau apa, ya nunggu aja mereka jalan2 baru minta pesen makanan atau apapun. tambahan: jujur kalo gw nugas di cafe sendirian, dengan waiter yg ada di sini gw sebenernya agak meragukan sih mau ninggalin harta benda gw geletakan di meja gitu aja atau sekedar nitip. pembayaran: pembayaran di sini sistemnya terakhir, jadi lo duduk, pesen dulu sampe seharian, kalo udah mau pulang, baru...

The rest are super excellent: PREMIUM FOOD AND COFFEE, COZY, SPACIOUS, FREE WIFI, SMOKING ROOM, NICE NATURAL LIGHTING, REASONABLE PRICE. except the POOR taste of the background music choices. Ruin the mood for working or chatting. Its not getting along with the premium feel/ ambience that the foods & interior try to portray.

Please change the music direction. I got my mood ruined every time I try to work here, no one needs to listen to the old heartbreaking song for working and it doesn't feel premium. Also...
