My first visit to The Forest was for Valentine’s dinner and i just fell in love with the food and ambience. This is my 2nd time to try their ala carte menu, and i have spent 4 hours because the atmosphere is very lovely Bone Marrow Squid Ink Fettuccini (2.5 of 5): honestly this is good, the taste is there it just too oily for my taste. Caesar Salad (4 of 5): fresh and awakening the palate. Really love the sous vide chicken.. flavorful, tender and juicy. Beef and Cheese Croquettes (3 of 5): the croquet itself a bit less tasty for me, it’s good though combined with the curry emulsion. Fruity Flower Spritz (5 of 5): this signature cocktail is really refreshing, lite but addictive. Grapefruit 10 (4 of 5): similar taste with fruity spritz, refreshing but in my opinion this one is much stronger. Valrhona Chocolate Mousse (5 of 5): could be perfect when you pair it with their ferrero gelato. Tiramisu (4 of 5): lite version of tiramisu. Welcome Focaccia Bread is warm and really enjoyable with the garlic butter, i even order another one.
