Three Folks Ice Cream and Coffee - Lebak Bulus — Restaurant in Jakarta

Came here for the atmosphere. They say it's a very good place to bring your children, swim, do yoga, or simply just want to chill. I'm sorry to say that the service is so slow. I came on Saturday morning, known as their peak hour. I waited for almost half an hour to get a clean table because almost all of the empty tables were still dirty. Tissue and receipts are all over the grass. Otherwise, the waiters are friendly.

I must say I'm not a fan of their food, although I haven't tried the main course. I ordered dragon fruit with blackcurrant smoothies bowl with the consistency of plain juice mixed with water, not frozen fruit. The bowl and its content are so little. Another thing I ordered was potato wedges with a soggy texture. The potato is still starchy, but their Thai dipping sauce was so good.

For the beverages, I tried kaiju latte, butterscotch latte, grey latte, cranberry sunrise, and some kind of herbal hot tea which I forgot the name (sorry). Overall Three Folks are the best at beverages. I would definitely order any kind of their beverages. Also, they have various ice cream which tastes great! Need to upgrade the standard for the food menu...

One of my favorite hangout spots: cozy, friendly, and consistently good. I ordered the Tori Paitan Ramen, and the broth was rich and flavorful, with perfectly done chicken chashu and ajitama egg. The Spicy Paitan adds a nice kick if you’re into heat.

Desserts were the highlight. The Brownie with Vanilla Raspberry Ice Cream is an awesome combo, and the Pancakes with Butterscotch Biscoff (staff recommendation) were a perfect match. Their Shakerato coffee was smooth and refreshing.

The staff were super nice and helpful, and it’s also a great spot for WFC, lots of outlets around. Prices are friendly too for the quality you get. Definitely worth coming back for more ice cream and...

I will give it 3 stars.... I used to love the coffee when it was at Cilandak.. The ice cappuccino was so good! I lived in the Cilandak 14, so it was basically upstairs. But unfortunately today I was disappointed... The ice cappuccino was very acidic, barely any milk and no foam on top. It was also more fruity than bold. Before it used to be bold. The salad was ok, but the lettuce was not fresh and a bit brown. Overall, it's an ok place and I will come back to try again, but hopefully they can improve these things. Oh ya also they didn't bring the menu to us, we had to go and take...
