Warung Tekko — Restaurant in Jakarta

Several times here it was quite crowded so I didn't focus too much on the design and layout of the room. But with the current situation that is social distancing this place is so quiet not crowded with customers.

So this is the most interesting thing for me because I can enjoy food very relaxed and also can surround all the corners of the lower room very relaxed without bothering anyone. The room is quite large on the 2nd floor but is closed because it is empty of customers. There are various photos and painting placed on each wall. Also, there are unique lamps with various shapes.

The table and bench are made of wood. Especially for long benches that can be occupied by 3 or more people but because social distancing they are given a barrier so only 2 can sit on the bench.

Makan di sini gak pernah mengecewakan. Awalnya mau makan Iga bakar atau penyet, pas lihat menu ketemu "Konro Bakar saus Madu", kata waitressnyan ini top menunya.

Kami pesan iga penyet saos kacang, dan konro bakar saus madu. Hidangan disajikan di atas hotplate, Konro bakar 2 pieces wangi banget. Tekstur daging sangat lembut gak pake tenaga misahin dari tulang. Rasa saos madunya, duh gak ngerti lagi saking enaknya.. aku sih merasa ada sensasi manis nastar, tp aku kan lagi makan daging, itulah.... Penasaran banget ini konro diapain sampe seenak ini.

Iga penyetnya jadi kalah meskipun enak juga, cuma aku gak cocok dengan sambal kacang. Di lidah aku, makan Iga yg gurih itu saosnya mesti manis biar balance. Tapi untungnya, bisa direquest Iga penyet saos kacang di ganti saosnya madu.

1 lagi yg bikin aku amazed banget, ukuran gelas es teh manisnya itu besar kaya gelas beer. Ini bikin aku bahagia banget soalnya aku tipe orang yang makan sambil minum, jd luas banget gak perlu pesan es teh sampe 2 gelas kaya biasanya aku di restoran lain..

Harga makan menu td dengan 2 nasi dan 2 es teh manis plus es dawet dan es kopi 250ribu+ sangat worth it menurutku soalnya enaknya bikin pingsan..

Oya, karena aku gak suka tempat makan yang terlalu rame dan gaduh aku suka banget suasana restonya, meja luas, gak terlalu dekat dengan customer lain. Ini terbaik lah.. kapan2 kalo aku makan di sini lagi, aku share foto penampakan menu...

It used to be one of my favourite restaurant, but it has degraded a lot. The taste is average, they took a long time to serve my orders, and usually they ran out some menu's even on lunch break. If you only need place to chat and don't mind with the taste and serving time, you can come here, but if you don't, I suggest you find another place to eat and there are many places which better than this place....
