1 star just for their cozy place because the others are unsastifying for their class of course. This should be elite places to hangout, but here my truth experience there : 1. They waitress serve chicken tom yam but didn't give any spoon or fork. Like its very irritating when you're hungry and the food already IN FRONT OF your face but you can't eat it. They give it about 3-5 minutes later plus I told their waitress where are our utensils tho. The Ayam Taliwang is the worst food that I ever had. The chicken was big but the taste make me want to vomit. I'm not picky when eating but I can't tolerant bad food. The chicken taste very plain! Even eating rice was not as plain as their chicken. Like we waited it for about 30 minutes but the result was very BIG NO. Come on can you marinate your chicken first? Like even street foo are much better than them. Okay, the chicken was plain , their Sambal was bad, and their kangkung plecing was one of the worst Kangkung I've ever had! I love kangkung so much but this one like very very bad. Try better recipe/better chef guys! You're one of classiest place in Jambi, show your CLASS then. They are placing handwasher at toilet... Of course someone loves it. I love it too but when someone only want to wash their hands but they must wait several minutes or maybe more (if someone poop there gonna more long right?). If they wanna do that, at least make them separated. They never checked their SOAP and TISSUE for their HANDWASHER huh? The soap was empty and they didn't have tissue for drying our hands... Did they think we should dry it with our clothes, come on man... People who ate at your place sure at least middle and upper classes, they are care about sanitation.

Here is my review for this place. Hope you could be better but for my very bad impression there, I'm not gonna go there again for any moment soon. Sorry for harsh review, but I do this so you can improve. You must work for your name right? Its just not worth it. Their service must be more better so the price that we pay...

I came here with my laptop to get my work done while having some dinner. Instead, the wifi password they gave to me always incorrect, then I gave my phone to waitress and let her type the wifi password on my phone, still the wifi password was incorrect. I asked the waitress if her phone was able to be connected to the wifi, and she said yes. I asked them if the wifi password was wrong or just restart the wifi router, and they said that the password was true but the wifi was error. Besides, there were no electrical plugs that worked! So I couldn't charge my phone or laptop here. Therefore, I just ate my not-so-delicious ramen as soon as possible, and went away to another cafe. I would never came back again. The worst cafe I ever...

I usually go to this restaurant with my family. I really like the decorations, it has classic and modern vibes. The services was always good and also really helpful. I never complain about the foods, it's very delicious. I really like they spaghetti and ramen. But what I love the most is they red velvet cake, they're not only good at making food, but also desert.. The textures and sweetness really matches with my taste buds. Oh yea, I almost forgot.. although I'm not really a fan of coffee, but my brothers really likes it. Overall this restaurant is really enjoyable and highly...
