Brother's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Jember

Their chicken quesadilla was good enough that we went back. My wife reserved a table in the upstairs area, since they said it was enclosed and air-conditioned. We got there and the upstairs area had all the windows open and the AC was off. They fixed that, but it was still super hot up until when we left. The table they gave us was right under their sound system. We decided to move to a table farther away from it so we didn't have to shout to be heard, but as we were moving to a table that opened, someone at the table next to the destination table STARTED SMOKING. INSIDE.

They waited until after they brought our drink order to inform us that they didn't have chicken quesadillas that night (a few minutes after placing the order, so obviously enough time for them to start preparing/cooking everything else so that they could justify us paying for everything) and no, we didn't want anything to replace it, just cancel the 2 we ordered.

My wife specifically told the server not to make anything she and I were sharing spicy. No spicy. No sambal. Do not make my food spicy. Apparently they caught on that I was annoyed at their not informing me of the lack of chicken quesadillas before we ordered. They piled so many hot peppers onto my chicken parmigiana that one bite and my mouth was on fire.

So yeah, I will never go there again or order from there again and I urge you to stay away. Unless, of course, you want to enable people who don't have what you want and mess with your food so that you either get sick or have an adverse reaction. Allergic to nuts? Expect it...

Assalamualaikum... Brother cafe grill memiliki tempat yang menarik. Menyajikan makanan grill yang sedikit seperti itu di kota jember. Berlokasi di tengah kota jember cukup disayangkan untuk tempat parkir yang tidak jelaskan dimana. Memilih 2 lantai dan mengarah ke jalan. Tempatnya cukup berhimpitan antar meja bagi pengunjung yang menginginkan privasi cukup terganggu atau bisa ke outdoor tempatnya di lantai 2 tapi lagi-lagi hanya terbatas, hanya 5-6 orang saja. Cafe dengan konsep grill tetapi exhaust yang sedikit, tetapi cukup terbuka, asap dari grill masih terasa beberapa kali. Cocok untuk rame-rame 4-6 orang untuk bersenda gurau. Tidak terdapat ruangan khusus perokok, jadi untuk anak-anak dan pengunjung yang memiliki masalah/tidak nyaman dengan asap rokok tidak saya rekomendasikan disini. Terdapat 1 toilet di lantai 1 dan tidak terdapat mushola. Pelayanan cepat, menu yang disajikan bervariasi mulai dari kopi, non kopi, makanan serta camilan. Sekian...

Mengecewakan, Mohon jangan kasih judul All you can eat kalo ternyata makanan nya terbatas sdh tdk ada yg dimakan! Kita rombongan 8 orang porsi yg disiapkan tdk lebih cuma untuk 3 orang.. Sekali minta tambahan daging lama sekali dan cuma 1 per 1 keluarnya, stlah itu diingatkan kalau waktunya mau habis, siapa ga shooock !! Tempat makan apa sih ini, daging yg ditawarkan saat itu cuma daging berlemak, kalo ini sih bukan daging berlemak yg sya taubditempa2 grill, tapi ini tuh daging dengan lemak, karna penyajianya semua lemak ditaruh bawah baru atas nya dikasih daging, setelah saya bakar ini dia fotonya di bawah.. Semua ini kritik buat bangun, jangan sampe mengeceeakan banyak orang lagi!! Kita sdh resevasi H-1 lho...
