Clairy's Kitchen and Patisserie — Restaurant in Jember

Well its been many times comes here. Today i come to celebrate my mom's b'day i expect a great service, but it was worse than i expected. Today was rain, and there is not enough umbrella for guest. I was wet as damp cloth Parking lot is always horrible here. The owner/manager should think of relocate the staff parking lot, due the lack of parking area. The food quality has dropped down a lot!!!!! Portion is getting small, texture of cake has change a lot. Seems some main item from the recipe has been changed. The steak was horrible. I've order welldone and as the steak has come, still mid-well as they "buterflied" the steak, but still undercooked. The mushroom sauce was a complete joke! Looks like a milk with 2/3 piece of mushrooms slice!!! And it was split and very loose consistency!!(look like baby vomit). I have complain to the staff and they just smile. If you guys dont know how to make a proper cream sauce. I would love to teach you guys. Call me!! Oolong tea also not good. You need a very hot water to make it. Not luke warm! Because of that all the tea flavour was not there at all!! The rest of food was at "okay" level. Although the portion was reduced since last time we came here.

This is a restaurant, cafe, and patisserie all combined together, feels very luxurious for the city standard. It all makes sense considering the pricing was knocked up high, so basically this is the place for your "fine dining" experience.

I ate Japanese prawn curry and it was fantastic. While usually japanese curry is thick and sticky, this one was a fusion with a hint of Indonesian palate, resulting in a familiar yet different taste.

I bought lychee mojito as the drink. And it's refreshing, the lychee syrup wasn't too strong but sharp enough to cover the entire drink.

And what blows me was the utensils. The plate is big, and the "small" portion is also big, and the spoon and fork were plated with gold-metallic finish, so it feels like you're eating using golden spoon.

ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANT N PASTRY IN JEMBER!!! Cocok bgt buat yang mau makan cantik atau sekedar nongkrong sama temen/pacar/keluarga. Beberapa menuu yg akan kureview : Chicken Katsu Curry. Saus currnya bener2 enak, kental dan bumbunya mantep bener (bkn tipe bumbu yg light). Sayangnya agak kurang di katsunya aja, under season dari ayamnya sampe tepungnya kayak gaada bumbunya. But its still 5/5 from me krn currynya👍🏻👏🏻 Beef Teriyaki. Bener2 gong sih ini!! Must try bgt kalo kesini!! Dagingnya gaada yg alot sama sekali dan dibumbui dengan saus teriyaki yg kalo dicampur sm nasi & telurnya beuuuh gooong abis Caramel Cake. Super duper sweet tapi ENAK. Bagi yg pecinta manis mungkin bisa ya ngabisin ini sendiri, karena bener2 dr cake coklat, lapisan caramelnya, creamnya semua bener2 manis. Oh iya, pelayanannya super duper NICE yaaa. Waitersnya baik bgt mau nawarin saya buat masuk ke dalem saat di dalam ada yg kosong (posisinya awalnya di luar karena penuh bgt). Thankyou buat layanan dan makanan enaknya. Definitely will be back...
