Warung Batas Kota Karangasem — Restaurant in Kecamatan Karangasem

This is by far my favorite warung in Bali! I’ve traveled all around Bali, but I’ve never come across a place that combines such incredible flavors, great service, variety, and affordability all in one spot. We also ordered delivery to our hotel, and even the packaging and presentation were amazing—it felt like dining in the restaurant. The garden at the restaurant is so charming, especially during sunset (sharing a photo here!). We absolutely loved the Korean dishes! During our one-week stay in the area, we came here twice and ordered delivery once. The Arak cocktails were fantastic, and the mango juice was so refreshing and perfectly chilled. not sure if this can be really considered as a „warung“ however; the terminology in 2025 may have changed,, sum of sums: i was a bit disappointed about the quality and especially the quantity of the food. the portions are really way to small. i would rather prefer to pay a little bit more (the prices are actually low) and get a proper portion. also the menu is misleading, as for example there are 5 spring rolls figured in the picture however you only get 3. the menu should as well mention the additional tax, which you don‘t get informed of that it‘s not included in the price. otherwise the staff is friendly and the ambiance rather cute, the potential to...

One and only in Karamgasem!!! What a place. You can have your quality time with fam while enjoying and grill the chicken, beef and pork. If I can say, maybe the owner and management should consider making 'home grill package' as now everyone is home. A plus from this place is, it is really on the edge of the border!
