Warung Biker — Restaurant in Kecamatan Karangasem

WARUNG ~ This is a very nice and cosy place in Jasri, Karangasem, East- Bali - between Candidasa (10km) and Amlapura (5km), the capital of Karangasem - with the warung located in the center of the village of Jasri just across from the 'Salak Statue'. Easy to find and easy parking. It is spacious and offers a good view over Mount Seraya and some local streetscene to enjoy. The meals are very tasty; the menu offers a combination of local food with also some Western style dishes. Very reasonable in price. Quick service and lovely staff!

LIVE MUSIC ~ Every Saturday evening (almost every Saturday evening with some exceptions of local holidays) there is 'LIVE MUSIC' starting at 7:30pm - you can listen to a great little band of some very skilled, young, local players. GOOD FUN! REALLY! Karaoke singing and if you like you can dance.

GYM ~ Next to the restaurant you can find an extensive gym with a very good selection of equipment to do some fitness training. It opens in the morning at 8am.

Good place to stop by on your travels for a drink or a meal or both if you are on your way to Tirtagangga Water Palace, Taman Ujung Water Palace or Amed, Tulamben, Singaraja or any other places taking you further to the Northeast of Bali.

I chose to eat in this place based on the reviews and came out very disappointed, we ordered chicken fried with Indonesian spices and not only was it 90 bones but also the very little meet we could find was raw, after speaking with the waitress and telling her that we didn't wanted to eat it she insisted bringing it again to our table, we also ordered pizza and it was okish, small and weird tomato sauce but for the price I can't complain, spring rolls were probably the worst I have tried in Indonesia and maybe in my life, for the same price I have had in other places vegetables and chicken not just the unseasoned vegetables covered in grease we had here, Orange juice is not natural, banana split with a micro banana, the chicken with black pepper sauce and vegetables was nice. We were in the area visiting friends and stopped in for a cocktail and dinner. So glad we did. Friendly Balinese were celebrating a birthday. The place was alive with activity. We ordered the large combo plate for two. I don't remember the name but it was featured on the menu. Awesome Balinese food and plenty of it. Great cocktails, great service, a view onto the intersection of Amlapura. Busy but fun to watch. THE GYM is located upstairs also but behind the restaurant and did not open till 9am due to Covid.
