Read moreBlayag adalah makanan tradisional khas Bali. Blayag mirip dgn lontong & ketupat (di Bali disebut tipat) yg dibungkus oleh janur. Tapi berbeda dgn ketupat yg pada umumnya berbentuk jajar genjang, blayag justru berbentuk panjang dan lonjong seperti lontong. Rasanya tidak terlalu lembek seperti kebanyakan lontong tapi juga tidak terlalu keras seperti halnya ketupat. Di warung Dek Ani ini Blayag dicampur dgn irisan daging ayam, sepotong ayam semur, mie kuning besar, beberapa potong tempe sambal, telor ayam, sedikit sambal merah, toge / lawar, ditaburi kedelai goreng, dan disiram kuah kare. Sehingga tercipta rasa manis, asin, pedas, dan gurih di dalam setiap suapan sendoknya. Bumbu kare yg dipakai bukanlah bumbu kare pada umumnya melainkan bumbu khas Bali yg disebut Bumbu Genep yg terdiri dari kunyit, lengkuas, jahe, kencur, bawang merah, hingga bawang putih. Bumbu tersebut dicampur bersama santan dan tepung beras. Utk harganya variatif. Saya biasanya pesan seperti di foto yg saya upload, yakni porsi seharga IDR 15,000. Warung Blayag Dek Ani juga menyajikan aneka ragam kerupuk, mulai dari kerupuk udang hingga kerupuk beras dgn harga start from IDR 1,000 saja. Warung ini buka dari jam 7 pagi hingga jam 5 sore. Jika Anda sedang mengunjungi Karangasem, terkhusus kota Amlapura, Anda sangat disarankan untuk mengunjungi warung ini dan mencoba makanannya. Anda tidak perlu khawatir utk kehalalannya karena terdapat stiker SUKLA (bahasa Bali yg artinya tidak ada unsur babi sama sekali) yg tertempel di depan warung. Saya personally memberikan rating 4.8/5.0 utk rasa makanannya. Ada hal positif, tetapi juga ada kritik. Menurut saya akan jauh lebih baik jika Ibu yg menyajikan makanan menggunakan sarung tangan jika tetap tidak ingin memakai sendok. Mungkin menyendok makanan langsung memakai tangan merupakan hal yg sudah biasa di Amlapura, tapi sayangnya hal itu kurang higienis di mata turis, terlebih turis asing. Warung ini terletak di dalam gang sehingga parkirannya masih kurang memadai utk pengendara mobil. Memang di depan warung ini ada tempat penyewaan garasi tapi sepertinya tidak memungkinkan jika dipakai utk parkir sementara. Mobil bisa masuk ke dalam gang tapi sayangnya hanya terdapat parkiran utk 2 mobil kecil saja, tapi utk motor bisa parkir sebanyak hampir 15-20 motor di sebelah kanan...

The Ugly: The lady who serves the food grabs all the food with her bare hand and puts it on your plate. I am not too much of a prude to immediately run out, but she's the same lady who collects cash and cleans the tables. Not certain if she washes her hands each time she grabs food for customers. I noticed this after we ate and went to pay for our food. Needless to say, I will never come back despite the great food. They need to use utensils or wear a glove when plating.
