Warung Lalapan Buitan and Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Kecamatan Manggis

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning with rich Bali coffee, in a very large cup, and Mie Goreng. Buitan is by far the nicest warung on the road to Virgin Beach, without a doubt, as I’ve been to many along the way in my 2 weeks in Bali. I’m providing this review because it really stood out! The food is excellent and with very reasonable prices. The owner is the kindest sweetest woman and so enjoyed our conversation and meeting her nice son. I found out she had to close during Covid, and just re-opened this month (June). That’s the reason for lack of current reviews. The warung is clean, clean, with a beautiful dark bamboo ceiling, wood floors and sturdy thick wood tables with steel legs for both solid seating and dining surfaces.

Give this warung a try and you will not be disappointed!! My wife and I have returned there several times during our stay at the nearby Alila Manggis...
