I had a wonderful dinner at Nivriti — a beautifully designed place with an elegant atmosphere and exquisite attention to detail. I sat at the bar, where I had the pleasure of meeting Gede, the owner. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we had a lovely conversation about his restaurant and the beautiful villas he has built with such care and style.

To my surprise and delight, I also got to meet his father, Mangku Mastra — someone I had actually researched before my trip, hoping to book a chakra healing session with him. Unfortunately, my short stay in Sidemen didn’t allow the time, but it was a real honour to have had the chance to speak with both Gede and his father in such a special setting.

I also had a look at the villas, and they are truly stunning — crafted with luxury, harmony, and deep intention. As I promised, if I ever return to Sidemen, I won’t hesitate to stay there.

3 weeks in Bali and this was my favorite meal. As a chef/owner coming from America, I paid special attention at the levels of hospitality, service, ingredient quality and dish composition. I can honestly say they’ve nailed every aspect of what makes a great restaurant. It’s a small family run establishment. They harvest their ingredients from their farm that surrounds the restaurant. They took special care of us since my wife is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. You can truly taste the love and appreciation of ingredients in the dishes. Pair that with some great cocktails and amazing conversation with the owner and family. This is truly a special eatery and villa with a PRIVATE POOL overlooking the farm. I can honestly say I will go out of my way to stop and stay here any time I am in Bali. Thank you Nivriti team for an exceptional dining/villa stay experience. P.S.
