All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Menu has various options, and you can tweak it if there are ingredients that you don't like bcs what I said before they are helpful. Vegan menu also available. Portion is too big for me, I always ask for a half portion, but not for my English husband.

Crispy rolled chicken is a go-to option. It's tasty and filling. Chicken pop and mozarella balls are great for sharing. If you like spicy food, the duck is great. Mie goreng is tasty and it's so filling because they give chicken, egg, satay on the side.

My favorite drink is spiced iced tea and ginger cooler for a hot day and herbal tea for a warmer evening.

For dessert, we always go for chocolate lava cake (order first as it takes quite a bit of time to make).

The space is very open to nature, eco-friendly, and there's a spot by the river if you'd like. Just ask the staff if it's available. Sometimes they have package offers so don't hesitate to ask the staff.

Staying in Wapa di Ume is one of the best decisions we made coming to Bali with my girlfriends. The place was really beautiful, clean and calming. We love their infinity pool overlooking the river. The food was excellent with plenty of local authentic Balinese choices. The amenities are top of the line. But what stood out for us is their service, very professional, welcoming, accommodating, sincere and they're genuinely kind. I think what really made this place perfect is their staff. Special mention to Wirta and his team who made our stay really memorable. He went over and beyond just to provide exceptional service during our stay. He made my friend's birthday celebration extra special and memorable. If you ever happen to come and visit Wapa di Ume in Sidemen.. look for Wirta, adi, eka, jenny, ayu and dewi. All of their staff are exceptionally good. Can't really think of anything bad to say. I wish them the very best and hopefully this feedback can help them get more guests to stay in...

Wow what a place for sunset, drinks and food! I arrived at sunset and saw the beautiful pink rosy orange colours over the valley. I was travelling by myself but felt really welcomed by the head of guest relations Sonia , the waiter and other staff. They had a delicious range of cocktails for happy hour 2 for 1 deal. I had two arak cocktails. The waiter recommended the crispy duck and it was perfection. Crunchy on the outside, soft and aromatic on the inside with delicious fragrant sambal. Special shout out to Sonia the head of guest relations, she made me feel so welcome and is just a lovely warm , genuine person and local to Sidemen. We chatted for a long time about local life, culture, Family, movies , future dream, being a working mum. I could have chatted with her for hours!
