Service was okay, food come out relatively fast. Place is non air-cond, but gosh the flies were everywhere, major huge turn-off, you'd be busy getting rid of them while eating. The burning candle provided a lil' solace, but they were truly nuisance. I chose the ½-chicken fried (kremes), juicy meat & tender, just sufficiently marinated. The kremes, not as good as i thought it would've been, just unseasoned crisps. Their tahu bacem & fried tempe however, were to my liking. Sayur urap, the shredded coconut were too sweet. Right place to go for satisfying your crave of traditional Javanese style fried chicken. The outlet itself has an industrial ambience, in contrast of the traditional menu it offers. Service is a bit slowish...but still on tolerable pace. The dish quality is good, and I can sense and taste fairly authentic flavour came out of every single bite of the chicken, and other various side dishes.
