Butterman Land’s End PIK2 — Restaurant in Kosambi

Order for take away, no product's name & price for each product, So we hv to ask the specification of the product one by one. Bad operation & Services Di toko sebelah, biasanya we point out then they put it in the box right away, then the cashier input in the cash register. Kalo di sini, si server tanya mau order apa (without taking notes), then si kasir nanya lg ke sy, then I said ask ur server, then the server forgot my order, then he asked my order again.. So ineffective ! Gave input to the cashier to do it more effectively, dgn congkaknya dia bilang ketentuan di toko kami seeprti ini.. Hello??? Where's ur manner as a front liner? Why don't u nicely said "noted kak utk masukkannya. Nanti kami sampaikan ke mgmt kami'".. lebih sopan kannn?? there's a fly inside the commercial countertop display case (if I saw this before making payment, I would cancel my order) overprice compared to other crroisant stores, not worth it. People come here simply due to its strategic location buat nongkrong. Messy display. Empty boxes berserakan nearby food display..It's not...

Staying in town for the long weekend so off we went to the newest and latest at PIK 2: Land's End. Drove past several times before and always packed due to limited parking space. There are 2 lots across the street but be prepared to cross in scorching PIK heat during the day. This time we arrived early and in the midst of slight drizzle rain so thankfully less crowd.

Been to Butterman outlets several times so no doubt on their quality. Happy to inform this new outlet serves their signature butter croissants just as scrumptious as the rest and we enjoyed breakfast with croissant & eggs. Some hot coffee and match latte to wash them down with, plus sweet pastries for desserts. Great food with amazing beach view.

Will be back but have to plan carefully... Not fun being stuck in traffic...

Best experience with cashier, Ms. Puji. I came this 2x this week. The food is delicious, good atmosphere (feels like Bali with beautiful white sand and bean bag) and nice ice coffee. Thank you Ms Puji for excellent service, very friendly, professional and calm despite she got many food orders. Will definitely back here again and hopefully can be served by Miss Puji. The other waitress and doorman also very friendly and fast on...
