SKYDANCE — Restaurant in Kosambi

In terms of quality, the food was ok. However, very poor service. Serving time is very slow and there were more than 3 dishes that never come out. Whats worse is that they didn’t even inform us about the stock unless we ask.

I waited for like an hour for the never come out dishes, thinking that it’s available since the staffs said ok and have inputted my orders earlier.🙃

Whats weird is that for dessert, we ordered 2 vanilla ice cream. Then only 1 came out with the staff saying that “ the vanilla ice cream run out of stock”. So, we told him to just change the flavor to peanut ice-cream and staff said that you can’t cause it has exceeded the time the last order alr. And after we told him “kan we memang ordered 2 ice cream earlier 🙃 why cant gitu lho”. Then he tried to informed the kitchen, suddenly the vanilla ice...

Tl;dr this place have good vibes, not so good food/service for the price.

Food was okay, but some menu need to be done better (some were drowning in oil, meats and fish need to be checked before serving)

Service was nice and polite, but slow. With the strict time limit this place has, it feels like it's done deliberately and cheapens my experience of the place

The place is what you expect of a bar/dance/ restaurant place I guess, I haven't been in many places like this one, but it looks clean with no funky/funny smell and that's what matters in places where you eat.

For the price the place offered I expected better food and service. I guess I just haven't been in many places like this one to really give a...

I ate here a few days after Valentine's. It was a Sunday, so it wasn't too crowded.

The food and the ambience were quite good, but the service was poor.

At first my order came out pretty quickly, but when we ordered another menu, it took about 30-40 minutes to come out. But the dinner is only for 90 minutes, and if it's already 9 o'clock you can't order. 3/4 of my orders didn't come out.

When I asked the server they just said they'd ask but the food never came out. The didn't even say sorry. Just look away after being asked.
