A good starbucks to enjoy view

The starbucks is located by the sea and has a nice outdoor seating. The seating is nice and comfortable with direct view to the sea outdoor. They also have indoor seating area upstairs. Its is nicely airconed and quite comfortable. They also have additional outdor space upstairs.

Service is good, quite fast eventhough it is quite crowded. Minus point is they barely clean the table so there is a lot of empty glasses and plate in the table and the station. Minus point also for the toilet because they only provide one toilet and it is always queueing, especially in weekend or holidays season.

It is also has a few power sockets so it is jot very wfc friendly. The starbucks is also quite busy and noisy. Lighting during evening is also a bit lousy.

Overall good experience during the day, but not so...

The overall aesthetic here was nice, for info, there are indoor and outdoor seats, there are 2 floors for the indoor seats. Reccomended drinks are : Caramel Frappucino, Signature Chocolate. 3 stars for the atmosphere because of the constant people (mostly staff in 2nd floor, mostly customers in 1st floor) coming in and out from the door and didn't even close back the door, this made the indoor seats felt more hotter than the outdoor seats, even the other customers had to close the door themselves multiple times so that the indoor seats did not get hotter. Did not reccomend if you wanted a cool cafe to cool yourself. Please improve the indoor seats (install more AC or made staff and customer regulation to close the door), it's a shame i really liked the aesthetic...

Started queueing for order at 13:00 there was 1 customer ordering in front of me at my queue line. That customer took some time to order, I could finally order my drinks by 13:08. Queue line was messy. Heard some customers complaining the drinks took long to come out. I received mine by 13:19. It was still tolerable to me, however the place was dirty hence making the experience even worse. I'd say it's the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to, not to mention this is a Starbucks reserve.

People need to increase their awareness on keeping the cleanliness of the place, while the staff should also clean up the place...
