Abuba Steak - Jatiwaringin — Restaurant in Kota Bekasi

I came to try ribeye wagyu but they had no stock left which then i changed my order to tenderloin wagyu (medium) instead cost 225K before tax.

It served with veggies and skinned potatoes + sauce on your own choice if you prefer to.

My order ready in about 10min.

I think the tenderloin cooked well, still juicy but i cannot say it entirely tender if I compare it with the actual wagyu that I tried before. The veggies was kinda salty but the potatoes was good!

The typical indonesian, usually they eat steak with tomato/chilli sauce. Pls dont do that eventho abuba put both sauces on each table. Try to eat steak with only salt or pepper at the very least. You may tasted the actual flavour of your steak😁

For beverage, i ordered lychee tea which tasted nice! Not too sweet and they actually added lychee in it! You may need to try it as well!

Last, the ambiance was quite nice. The staff was friendly and fast response. Abuba has been around for quite a while now... i think they managed to level up their service...

The place is quite cozy for a place to eat , food taste great with good presentation. However in its a little low on lighting that makes it a bit dark. Service is quite disappointing with the staff not knowing how to respond to certain problem and the lack of communication with the customers. The quality of cooking isn't too great either with the outcome of the cooking grade isn't spot on with the order and some portion of the meat isn't fully cooked through which is critical in a steakhouse. Overall it's a good place to eat but the service needs alot...
