The restaurant is a two-storey building. The first floor is very compact. It can accomodate around 10 to at max 15 people. The first floor area is not suitable to dine in for such a long time or hanging out because other customers will be waiting for the table.. so be quick. I didn't know about the second floor, perhaps it's more spacious. The sink area for washing our hands is a little bit too small, so be careful not to splash water to other customers as it is adjacent to the customer's table. And be quick, so you don't make a line for the sink area. I ate there on Sunday and I think the management can add more staffs to work on that day since a lot of customers were coming, but the staffs need more time to clean the floor and dining area. Mohon cek Complain yg ada di Kritik & Saran Hokben (lgsg scan QR ekor struk tdk foto karena struk basah) Greeting tdk dijalankan sesuai SOP Hokben pada umumnya karena sibuk ngobrol, bahkan selesai makan pun tdk ada ucapan greeting Arigatou seperti biasa. Cashier, sibuk ngobrol sama crew lain tdk menawarkan promo yg berlaku, mbak kasir tdk mendengarkan pesanan yg diubah utk Paket Value 3. Change order dari Paket 2 (ayam) jadi Paket 3 (beef slice) tapi dtg nya Ayam.
