Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum - Mega Bekasi Hypermall — Restaurant in Kota Bekasi

Taste wise, it's tasty. The dimsum especially the seeweed siaomay is the best. I give 2 stars because of the service. I often eat here, once a week i will eat here. I am quite dissapointed on how the waiters know about their menu, and to make sure all the notes that the diners shares about their preferences on how the food and beverages is being served. Is it too Hard for them to serve Hot tea but at the end they gave US lukewarm water tea, and many other thing that they dont put attention to detail. Also the serving time is quite long. Kami sering kunjungi restoran ini di cabang lain. Terutama Bassura krn kami dulu tinggal disana. Kusuka dimasakannya, terutama ceker dimsumnya. Tapi kali ini sangat kecewa di cabang ini.

Kami sdh berdiri di depan, mau masuk nunggu petugas menyapa dan menanyain kami. Pakai dulu hand sanitaser. Kami lihat perugas sptnya managernya, pakai baju kemeja dengan nametag yg tdk jelas krn mata minus saya. Ok, kami senang segera disapa. Eh ternyta dugaan kami salah, ybs belok malah membetulkan dan merapikan meja kursi. Cuek acuh tanpa melihat dan meyapa kami yang hanya berjarak 2 meter.

Kami tunggu tetap dengan gerakan santai cuek saja dianya. Kesellah Pak Su merasa dicuekin. “Pindah2 !”, perintah Pak Su. Aku datangi petugas itu dgn geram, “ Mas, emang sdh close ? Gak dijual makananny? Atau tempt duduknya gak boleh ditemlati?” Jawabannya, “Silahkan aja duduk!” jawabnya.

Hallo… harapan kami spt standar restoran cabang lain ya, “Sore, bisa dibantu untuk makan berapa orang? Silahkan duduk di sini bapak ibu. Sebentr ya saya ambilkan buku menu / silahkan scan barcode utk menunya.” gitu harusnya.

Akhirnya kami pergi krn kesal, pindah ke TaWan yang pelayanannya bagus super cepat.
