Starbucks - Kota Harapan Indah — Restaurant in Kota Bekasi

Actually i just visit here once, but i never experience like this before..

From the first time i entrance this cafe, the ambience was really nice, very quiet even there are a lot of people ahve a good time there.

I was going to the cashier for ordering coffe and i asked one of their staff to recomend me which coffe is good, and she made me an ice americano blend with ice cream and brown sugar syroup, turns out it has really nice taste.

But, one thing i concern about this starbucks branch is, when i'm chilling there with my sister, there is a cockroach running free on the floor, i don't know if there anyone else realize it but maybe most people not realize it because the floor has dark colour and i don't have time to tell the staff there because it make me goosebump and i have phobia with this tiny monster hehee.. so i just go out from the room.

It was my mistake too that i didn't tell about this problem to the staff, that because i'm.getting scare of it 😂

always have such a warm welcome given by my favorite barista Davin & Salfa, they both always smile, greeting customer with their name and recall my personalize order whenever i came here. As a regular visitor its really good to have that, never failed made my day whenever i came there. Its a great escape to have a caffeine boost and have a chat with bunch of my friends.

My favorite are mocha frap and oatmilk coffee brown sugar, both added with cinnamon powder to give an aromatic hint, i loved their Smoked chicken & Cheese...

So so happy for Starbucks to be finally opened in our area. Now I can get my daily fix of my Dark Mocha Frap without travelling miles.

The location is awesome and a well designed layout as is expected with a brand of like this.

Staff area well trained, able to speak English well and meet any requests with a smile. They're patient while you look over the menu for you choice.

Go get your caffeine fix immediately. Always good...
