"Chatwood"

Jimbaran. On Jl. Bypas Bali Street, a busy street almost like a highway, stood Chatwood, a Bakery, Cakeshop, Coffee Eatery and Pizzeria, a place that radiates innovation and charm. Its façade is adorned with exuberant plants, inviting passersby to enter an oasis of flavors and aromas.

Upon crossing the threshold of Chatwood, visitors are greeted by very friendly employees, a cozy atmosphere, where air conditioning provides comfort, and live music fills the space with immersive melodies. Both inside and on the spacious terrace, the exquisite decoration and abundant vegetation create a unique atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a memorable dining experience.

However, after the first positive impression, we discovered a disappointing truth. Despite the excellence of the place, there is a notable discrepancy between what was promised on the Menu and what is available. 40% of the dishes requested were simply not available.

This discrepancy generates frustration and disappointment among customers, who long to fully enjoy the culinary variety offered by Chatwood. It was difficult to understand how an establishment so carefully designed and with such an attractive gastronomic proposal could not meet the basic expectations of availability of its dishes.

As in any story, this situation offers an invaluable lesson. Chatwood, despite his brilliance, teaches that consistency and reliability are essential in the world of restoration. No matter how exquisite the decor or attractive the menu, the customer experience is tarnished when promises are not kept.

Through this experience, Chatwood has the opportunity to grow and improve. Recognizing your limitations and working to optimize your sourcing and inventory management processes would be key to regaining the trust of your customers and ensuring your continued success in the competitive gastronomic world.

In conclusion, Chatwood's story reminds us that, on the journey toward excellence, every obstacle is an opportunity to learn and grow. With determination and commitment, any challenge can become a springboard to...

Decided to go there for dinner after passing by the area few times. The place looks nice from the outside so I was hoping for an equally nice dining experience as well. I had to swallow the expectation as I extremely disappointed with the service. For a quiet place with not many customers they doesn't seems quite busy, however it took around 10 minutes until someone came to my table and provide the menu. It's even more silly when I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to them to tend to my table. I understand if they're busy with other customers or understaff, but they're clearly aren't. I ended leaving the restaurant after 25 minute without ordering. The only good thing about this place is their security/parking guy, who greets politely and sincerely, and that's what the stars in this...

Got some spills of rice on our table upon arrival, but despite of 3 waitresses come and go for taking orders, serving drink and then serving food, they all ignored it. Food and bev prices do not match the quality. Sate maranggi was a bit hard and cold although served on a small grill but no fire underneath 😅 and nasi goreng pete was too sweet. Ice tea was served on a small plain glass but costs 22K. Far too pricey for the whole things and quality was not great as well. Check Lotus Enterprises cafe or 70 Fahrenheit Jimbaran for comparison and you will get what I mean. At the end upon settling the expensive bill, they didnt bother to ask how the experience was. It was the first and our last time coming as...

A place with good aesthetics but average food from what I tried. They really have a wide selection of food starting from Indonesian to Western food. I tried their pork ribs, steak, and Nasi goreng. All of them were just average… there are better ribs in the city, the steak was not as juicy and tender, the Nasi goreng was actually not really good. The atmosphere and the ambience on the other hand is very good and looks aesthetic. The plants, colors of the wall, layout of the restaurant, etc made a really good atmosphere in the restaurant. I am not sure if the place is that worth it to visit unless you are really looking for the aesthetic of a restaurant.
