Milton Café — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

I can say I'm or better was a frequent customer just for a coffee with croissant while waiting for my wife shopping at the market. Staff is friendly, but today I was really disappointed with. I know, you should not make a negative review, but what's true is, should be true. This morning I went there again and ordered again the same as usual. After waiting for around 25 minutes with nothing happened, I went inside to pay my bill not to waste more time after I get at the end my order. Just after I paid, I learned from another staff that the coffee machine isn't working. 2 other customers waited outside too, went inside and waited inside on a table. Anyway, it can happen, but why let your customers know you've a problem and maybe let the choose something different. It's a nice place, but not really that cosy you want to spend hours ( waiting for .. ) overthere. Ok, I paid too early as not knowing the machine isn't working with no intention to return the money. Its fine, doesn't make me poor uf they need it, but I dearly hope they don't cancel the not fulfilled order for their own pockets and keep it for the owner to fix the equipment. I said something positive, bit today just pistes me off and maybe some understand...

Come at 8 15 in the morning cafe staff just showing up even they say opening hours at 8 am so not ready for breakfast. Each time order cappuccino or cafe latte get same coffee in a cappuccino cup no spoon no sugar. In the menu cafe latte supposed to be served in a tall glass cup but every time i get a cappuccino. By the time I get sugar and a spoon coffe is already cold. Taste of coffee is weak and watery. Food portions are small. Had tuna salad destroyed with a sickly sweet dressing. Dressing should be listed on the menu so the customer knows what it is. Garlic bread just plain 2 pieces of toast cut into 4 squares. Not worth the money. Service is terrible, staff is busy with...

A bit disappointed I gotta say… We arrived around late morning (approx. 11 am) and had ourself a coffee break with some snacks…

The waiter seemed so reluctant to wait on us, no smile no cheers… It was not event crowded… We were just the both of us when we arrived…

The snacks we had were chicken spring rolls and chicken wings, both are okay and tasty but were dampened by bad service…

The worst, we needed to call the staff multiple time for payment (as no ones stand by) until he came out from kitchen, and came to the counter to process the billings (no apology, no further info, just pass the bill and process our payment, without saying anything like it was...
