The food is okay overall. The pasta aglio olio is not on the menu since I would like to have a spicy pasta. Unfortunately, the aglio olio is a bit bland for me and the portion is not that big. The salmon is a bit overcooked, I assumed it is because the restaurant used a semi hotplate hence it is cooked over time and the skin is not crisp.

The service is top-notch where the staff is very attentive and friendly, even helping to charge my phone.

During our stay in the Hyatt we had breakfast and several dinners in Papillon. The breakfast is very varied with also western items like yoghurt and cheeses, nice cakes and breadrolls, fresh fruit and juices. Dinners were also fantastic with a nice mix of western and (local) Indonesian dishes. The excellent staff will do anything to fulfill your wishes and make you happy.
