Saunk Coffee and Resto — Restaurant in Makassar

The waiters friendly and kind just somewhat slow to bring our order. we could understand if it happen when resto crowded but at that time not crowded at all. The taste of foods good just some foods too much seasoning (???). like Sapo Tahu and Mie Goreng Jawa, too much Kecap (sweet soy sauce), too much sweet, they taste good actually just too much sweet. Shrimp with Salted egg sauce taste yummy but the salted egg sauce smell kinda fishy smell. Squid with mayo also yummy, Sesame fried chicken also yummy, grilled fish. we ordered a portion of fried sweet potato and took alot of waiting for this simply dish. as Kangkung fans, they don't have much variant of it only Kangkung itself and mix with bean sprout. If you like spicy, you can choose which one you like as the resto give you a few kind sambal. The Cappucino taste not like it not even close to it and much better the instant one than we ordered. also please write on menu what kind tea we get when order a pitcher of tea, it just written tea not detail and when we drink it was jasmine tea😅. Visited this early Ramadhan 2022 for ifthar and the place was packed with people, so it was kinda noisy. We reserved the place and ordered the foods around 3.p.m and came around 6 expecting evrything would be prepared by then, but sadly no. Some pf the foods didnt even make it until 7 p.m. so that's an absolute turn down.

Taste: 7/10 Kinda so so, definitely not bad but I couldn't recall it being anything special. We ordered Sapi Lada Hitam, Udang Asm Manis, Kangkung, Ikan Bakar, Kwetiau Goreng & some Mie Goreng.
