Grand Asia Hotel Makassar — Hotel in Makassar

Reservation via Agoda for business trip at Makassar and suddenly many complain i made at May 1st 2015. Paid for Non Smoking, Twin Bed, and Superior room. And what i got ? No booked information at Receptionist and no more Twin Bed. After protest and said with hard tension, suddenly they give Twin Bed at 623. Arrived at 623, and smoke smell very strong. Again, protest again. They offered to change to 821, and asked to follow them. And what happened? Same happened. Smoke smell very strong. They not offered to wait in lobby or anywhere but waiting in Guest Place at 8th floor front of lift with no Air Conditioning, and window opened, while they process the room. So we wait in little bit hot waiting room and do nothing for 15-20 minutes. And also at 6th floor, AC not turn on and room little bit hot.

They said that 5-6-7 floor is non smoking area but visitor smoked at room. No smoke detector i saw in 623 and i assumed no smoke detector in any room.

Very not good management and service and not recommended to reserve here when visit Makassar. Better looking for another.

Kind Employee Big Lobby Good Flavour Tea Standard room furniture Bad Thaitea Taste Bad Breakfast Quality yet many option Get charge for 100k when checkout because the towel get dirty (got some tea stain, 100k for LAUNDRY) because i make the 2nd towel as bathroom doormate. Why i did this? Because they gave the batchroom floormate very small and VERY DIRTY! Just like a 2 year outdoor doormate
